Réversible Perception 


This project is a collection of short stories by Edgar Allan Poe, presented in both English and French. To emphasize the duality of the edition, the French section is written in one direction, and the English section in the opposite. The folio is also upside down. The central part, featuring the biography of the author, confronts the two reading directions on each spread. A new title was added to the edition: Perception réversible in French, or Reversible Perception in English, highlighting the concept of duality in the project.




The edition is also punctuated by a series of monotypes that I created, showcasing the blend of brutality, strangeness, and poetry in Edgar Allan Poe's writing.
